hotel staff were excellent and very responsive. we were welcomed well. pretty fast billing. Initially they said it was self service but they provide all services we needed right from helping in moving our luggage to room and booking taxi for airport drop. i would recommend others to experience the hospitality of Ibis mumbai aiport.

The front desk, check-in etc were quite efficient and hassle-free, especially with my request for a late check-out. Generally the staff, and the place, felt efficient and an overall ambience that puts a guest at ease.

I like the room and the location of the hotel, it is very accessible. The ambience in the room is also perfect for someone who's travelling alone.

Its very near the airport. We have a good view of the city. Staff were kind and helpful. The bed is really really soft and comfortable. The room is small but enough for 2 people to move around atleast (max 2). I suggest if you dont have much luggage better take rick shaw from and to the airport to save. The main city i believe is around 30mins by uber from the hotel.

Was looking for a hotel during my Mumbai visit for 8 nights, finally settled booking ibis. My experience with hotel staff to rooms and other facilities was excellent. Hotel staff is very friendly and quick to accommodate any requests. Rooms were quiet big with comfortable bed. Location is just excellent to explore the city and very close to the airport so you don't have to waste time travelling. Overall great experience staying here and would love to be back whenever visiting Mumbai. Thanks IBIS staff making our stay comfortable.

room and breakfast was just right according to charges also location for airport transfer..... event though website mentioned free transfer/ shuttle .... still I was charged for it! that was little disappointing

Clean, modern and comfortable. Good beds, entertainment system was good. Good location and we'll sound proofed from the Mumbai traffic.

It is just a stroll from the Domestic airport. That's the best part. The staff was extremely helpful and the place was clean.

Breakfast was great. Location was the highlight. Checkin and checkout process was smooth. They also have baggage storage service that I could keep it there for 4-5 hours post my checkout time as my flight time was post that.
